I have been on a self care self discovery journey for quite sometime and this cohort came around at just the right time. I had quite a few decisions to make in my personal life, career, and other aspects of my life. From day one, the love was undeniable within the group. We came in as strangers and left as sisters. I began to look through a different lens at my situation not as something was done to me, but for me. Everything that happens to me is for my good and all things no matter if I see them as bad, are working out for me. I learned that its ok to feel all the feels, but at the end of the day, I have a choice to make as to how I want to react or respond to those feelings (which are merely providing data).
